Description: Our client was arrested after leaving a restaurant and starting up her car. She had never been in trouble before in her entire life. She performed field sobriety tests and was ultimately arrested. We immediately suspected that the arrest was not valid. We fought on our client’s behalf and gave the prosecutor the ammunition to drop the case. The prosecutor agreed with us and our client’s DUI was dropped entirely.
