Description: Our client was arrested after the police alleged that he refused to provide his ID after 10-12 requests.

We conducted extensive case law research and wrote a highly-letter as to why the State should drop the case. Our reasons included mitigation and why we believe the police conducted an illegal search and illegal arrest.

Ultimately, the State Attorney’s Office agreed to completely drop the case before the next court date.
