Multiple signs of impairment, admission to drinking alcohol, poor Field Sobriety Exercises, and refusal to provide Breath Alcohol content. K.M.J. was not eligible for diversion due to crash. Regardless, tough negotiations led to REDUCTION from DUI to RD, and dismissal of the infraction!
