Description: D.A.M. was stopped for failure to dim high beams and travelling 65 m.p.h. in a 45-m.p.h. zone. D.A.M. smelled of alcohol, admitted to drinking, admitted to driving to get food in an effort to “sober up,” and ultimately provided a breath sample of 0.155/0.156. We negotiated with the State and go the DUI reduced to a Reckless Driving, obtained a Withhold of Adjudication on the RD.
