Description: R.J.S. crashed into a guardrail and the vehicle could not be moved. Officers arrived to find R.J.S. with multiple signs of impairment. Due to the circumstances, R.J.S. was not eligible for any diversion, however, we were able to negotiate a reduction with the same conditions of probation.
