We took depositions and negotiated with the State to get his sentence significantly reduced. Ultimately, he received a 5-year prison sentence, but was extremely happy with the hard work, research, and diligence we spent on his case. Our client was also very pleased with his sentence and told us at sentencing that he looks forward to buying us a beer once he gets out.
