Description: Our client was arrested after weaving his motorcycle at a high rate of speed through traffic. He was charged with Reckless Driving, a misdemeanor that could have serious consequences for him.

Ultimately, the State Attorney’s Office agreed. Our client received a reduction from a criminal charge, to a civil citation, where he was able to keep points off his license, and only have to pay a $166 fine.
