Description: A.L.J. was stopped for speeding and driving on a problematic (allegedly) suspended license. A.L.J. showed multiple signs of impairment and provide a breath alcohol content of 0.135/0.138. After intense negotiations with the State AND a difficult Pinellas County judge, we were able to get the court to accept a plea to a reduced charge from DUI to Reckless Driving.
