Description: A.N.A. hired us immediately upon being arrested for a punishable-by-life felony, burglary with a domestic battery. A.N.A.’s was ordered out of his house and suspended from work. A.N.A.’s career, relationships, and freedom depended on us beating this charge. We got to work immediately and contacted each of the alleged victims. We contacted the Court and facilitated a motion hearing for contact. We contacted the State several times, made sure that the State was aware of the position of the victims, and expressed our position on why criminal charges were unwarranted. Ultimately, the State agreed with us and DROPPED the charges. A.N.A. moved back home return to work immediately.
