Description: C.B. had been contacted by a Detective regarding a Grand Theft which was supposedly on video. C.B. hired us PRE-FILING to assist. We spoke with the Detective several times. The Detective had developed a personal dislike of C.B. and appeared to be taking the investigation personally. We explained our position and why a crime DID NOT OCCUR and why the charges should NOT be filed. The case did not go to the State and we avoided criminal charges altogether.
