Description: Police lawfully stopped I.H. for a tint violation and found a strong odor of marijuana and open containers. I.H. possessed a felony amount of marijuana and a suspended driver’s license. We got the Felony reduced to a misdemeanor paraphernalia charge, and secured a withhold of adjudication, saving I.H. from being a convicted felon. We reduced the DWLSR to a No Valid Driver’s License with a withhold of adjudication, avoiding a 5-year HTO driver’s license suspension. I.H.’s open container received a withhold of adjudication. We got all fines to run concurrent (at the same time), saving I.H. more than a thousand dollars.
