Description: J.C. was on probation for a gun offense, among other things. J.C. was seen in possession of a firearm and admitted to possession of the firearm. J.C. scored out to 118 months in prison, or nearly 10 years, at the bottom with a Violent Felon of Special Concern designation. We negotiated with the State and the Judge and finally pled to 100 days in jail. Looking at 10 years, we got 100 days.
