Description: K.J.C. was on pretrial release for a DUI arrest. Upon arrest, we had to scramble to get K.J.C. out of jail immediately. Despite being on release for a DUI and committing another alcohol-related crime, we were able to get K.J.C. a bond and out of jail. Ultimately, we were able to negotiate a reduction in the DUI case and a time-served (walk-away) disposition in this case.
