Description: L.A.M. called us after absconding from probation and a Capias/Warrant was issued for L.A.M.’s arrest. We filed a Motion to Withdraw Capias/Warrant. Unfortunately, the police found L.A.M. before the motion hearing and arrested L.A.M. We got a SOONER hearing date to minimize jail time. The State agreed, in exchange for an admission, to terminated and revoke probation. L.A.M. walked free that same day.
