Description: Police stopped R.L. for driving without headlights at night. R.L. showed multiple signs of alcohol impairment, performed poorly on field sobriety exercises, and provided a Breath Alcohol content of 0.199/0.209. Negotiations with the State led to a REDUCTION from DUI to RD with a Withhold of Adjudication, meaning R.L. was not formally convicted of the offense and received NO points on his driver’s license. Subsequently, we applied for a received an early termination of probation.
