Description: An officer saw R.F. in actual possession of a felony controlled substance while R.F. was on felony probation for the same charge. The State demanded 13 months in prison. If R.F. went to prison, R.F. would lose a job, house, and the entire life R.F. had rebuilt while on probation. After extensive negotiations, R.F. was returned to probation and served no jail or prison time.
