Description: S.H. brought a concealed, loaded gun into a casino and was arrested with the firearm. After A LOT of negotiating with the State and one rejection from the Pre-Trial Intervention program, we were able to successfully get S.H. into Pretrial Intervention. Long, difficult journey, but S.H. has the opportunity to get the felony charge dismissed if S.H. completes the PTI program. UPDATE: S.H. completed the program and the charges were DISMISSED!
