Description: S.N. was stopped by police for running a red light. On video, S.N. was confused and appeared to be intoxicated and the arresting officer noted many signs of impairment. Ultimately, we secured a reduction from DUI to Reckless Driving and had to navigate obstacles such as S.N. getting arrested for federal charges. Regardless, we got S.N. the RD. UPDATE: Over the State’s strenuous objection, we got S.N. and EARLY TERMINATION OF PROBATION.
