Description: S.N.T. was on probation for a DUI, with a pending felony charge for child abuse, and a prior violation of probation for consuming alcohol. S.N.T. disliked her previous attorney and did not trust him to secure an early termination of probation. S.N.T. hired us and we went to work. We laid the groundwork for our motion and over the State’s objection, the Court granted our Motion for Early Termination of Probation. (S.N.T. hired us for a subsequent felony charge in another county, see below.)
