Description: T.T.H. was stopped by the police for “erratic driving” and several Traffic Court Results infractions. Officers noticed an odor of alcohol and signs of impairment before and during field sobriety exercises. T.T.H. gave a breath sample almost twice the legal limit. Ultimately, we got the charges reduced to a Reckless Driving and secured a Withhold of Adjudication. UPDATE: T.T.H. was able to complete the terms and conditions of probation so we filed a Motion for Early Termination of Probation on T.T.H.’s behalf and it was granted, terminating probation early!
