Once the halfway point of his supervision was reached, we began working towards getting his probation terminated. We contacted his probation officer and gathered mitigation to argue to the Judge.
Ultimately, over the State’s objection, the Judge agreed with our position and terminated his probation, saving an extra 5 years of probation and a large amount of money.
