We were able to successfully negotiate a resolution that kept our client from the mandatory/minimum sentence of 3-years in prison. He received probation, which he can get off of once he reaches the halfway point.
As a bonus, we were able to get the Possession of Marijuana reduced to a Possession of Paraphernalia and ensure that our client did not lose his driver’s license for 2 years.
All in all, a very successful outcome with a very happy client.
