Description: Our client was arrested for a DUI after committing multiple traffic infractions. After being pulled over by the police, our client performed field sobriety tests, but failed. He refused to provide a breath sample.

The prosecutor wanted to keep the charge as a DUI, and have our client pay increased fines, lose his license for an additional 6 months, and have a vehicle impound.

Fortunately, we were able to successfully convince the State Attorney’s Office to reduce the charge to a Reckless Driving, saving our client a lot of money and headaches.
