Description: Our client was pulled over for driving without headlights in South Tampa. She refused to perform Field Sobriety Tests and also refused to provide a breath sample.

We were able to provide her the means to get her license back immediately.

Our firm negotiated with the State Attorney’s Office and provided mitigation as to why she deserved a good deal. Ultimately, the prosecutor agreed with us and we were able to get our client a reduction to a Reckless Driving.
