After a series of field sobriety tests, our client was arrested and taken to Central Breath Testing. He provided breath samples of .113 and .114 (nearly 1.5 times the legal limit).

We were able to provide mitigation to the State Attorney’s Office and get a reduction to a Reckless Driving for our client.
